All clients who have never registered with us or who registered with us prior to 03/01/2008 are considered new clients and need to renew their registration

As a new client, please read the New Client tips section of the detailed instructions below and then follow this link: Portland SCORE Chapter New Client Registration

• Returning clients:

If you want to schedule a follow-up session, contact your counselor directly. If you do not have counselor contact information, you can leave a message for the counselor at our office (503) 326-3441 or (503) 326-5211 or email: scorepdx@wa-net.com.

To get an appointment with a different counselor contact our office (503) 326-5211 or email: scorepdxcasedesk@wa-net.com. There is no need to submit a second registration form on line.

• New Clients:

PLEASE read the tips below and then click on “Portland SCORE Chapter New Client Registration.” Then click “Register Here” on the “Portland SCORE Chapter Client Log On” page.

Email address required - If you don’t have an email address enter your firstname.lastname@yyy.yyy as a substitute.

If you are currently working with a SCORE counselor put his/her name in the space provided for more information about: "What is the nature of counseling you are seeking?"

In completing fields with a drop-down menu, please choose a response from the menu; to avoid possible page errors, do not type in the information.

In the section where you are asked: “What is the nature of counseling you are seeking?” Space is provided for more details about the counseling desired. Please be as specific about your business needs as possible so SCORE can assign the most appropriate counselor to your request.

Don’t forget to click on Submit at the bottom of the form (or we won’t get your request).

• Our goal is to have a counselor contact you within 4 days and to schedule a counseling session within 2 weeks. If you haven’t heard from SCORE within 5 days please call 503-326-5211.
